7 STRONG is not a program, it is a series of habits.
Programs come and go, but according to Charles Duhigg, habits become encoded into the structures of our brains. “When a habit emerges, the brain stops fully participating in decision making. It stops working so hard, or diverts focus to other tasks. SO unless you deliberately fight a habit—unless you find new routines—the pattern will unfold automatically.” The 7 habits listed below are simple, but many people are not engaging in them because they have not built them into their lives as habits.
Read something rooted in truth.
Spend 5 minutes in silence, prayer, or meditation.
Be around people who want what’s best for you.
Eat healthy foods.
Sleep 7-8 hours.
Exercise 30 minutes.
Get outside for 30 minutes.
